EmpowerCare began with a simple, heartfelt mission:

To create safe, supportive homes for individuals with disabilities—where they are not only cared for, but truly valued, heard, and empowered.

What started as a vision rooted in compassion has grown into a movement for change in West Tennessee. Along the way, we became a DIDD-licensed provider and earned credentialing with TennCare MCOs—ensuring that families can access trusted, high-quality care through Medicaid and state waiver programs.

Through determination, community partnerships, and a deep belief in dignity for all, EmpowerCare has expanded its reach—offering 24/7 residential care, in-home support, and personalized plans that honor each person’s path.
